General T&Cs

•      Only dogs considered to be well socialised, who enjoy the company of other dogs and people, are suitable for Calavey Pet Services.

•      Please note that not all dogs are suitable.

•      All dogs will be interviewed along with their owners.

•      Dogs with behaviour or aggression issues will not be accepted.

•      All dogs accepted must have an up-to-date vaccination.

•      All dogs accepted require to be wormed and de-flead regularly.

•      All services are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed at time of booking.

•      Calavey’s Pet Services reserves the right to refuse services of any dog or owner who displays aggressive, destructive, or unreasonable behaviour.

•      Puppies who have had all their vaccinations are welcome – please discuss this with your vet (excluding those attending for Microchipping)

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Arrival

We request that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure that we can take your details. Please note that it may be not possible to accommodate late arrivals (over 15 minutes late).
