Calavey Pet Services occasionally organise specialist services or testing events to support our customers. The following events are planned or booked;

Semen Freeze Day  - Early 2025

Working in partnership with Dinu Catilina from Prime Vets, we have organised a full day of appointments to bring your stud dogs for their semen to be collected, tested and frozen into straws. The semen will then be stored by Prime Vets so that you can either use it in a future breeding programme or ship around the world.

• freeze process
• post thaw viability and parameter assessment
• storage

What is the cost?

The full cost is £310 per dog, to secure your appointment a £50 Reservation Fee is payable 48hrs after the completion of the booking form.

How do I book?

BVA Eye Testing Day  - April 2025

Working in partnership with Paul McPherson , we have organised a full day of appointments to bring your dogs for their first or annual eye test.
